Limitations

Published scope

OXXON Audit, OXXON VERIFY, and OXXON FAST are, collectively, a structural integrity layer. Stated plainly:

• Not an AI reviewer. Every finding is produced by a fixed, deterministic rule library.
• Not a financial logic or valuation checker. It tests whether the model calculates what its own formulas say it calculates — not whether those formulas encode good judgement.
• Not a replacement for human review. Structural cleanliness is a necessary, not sufficient, condition for a model to be trusted.
• Not a certifier of correctness in the sense of "this deal is a good idea."

Format and size limits

• .xlsx, .xlsm and legacy .xls. Macros are detected and disclosed, never executed. .xlsb and password-protected workbooks are not supported.
• 50 MB per upload.
