How Oxxon Advisors products apply to financial model audit and governance workflows.

Annual Re-Verification Pack
The Annual Re-Verification Pack is the calendar product in the Oxxon Advisors suite — an annual structural re-verification of a model under management, run against existing annual credit and asset review budgets. Each year, the current version of the model runs the structural pipeline and is diffed against the custody baseline sealed at close, or against the prior year's re-verification, and classified as structurally stable, drifted and remediated, drifted and degraded, or restructured. It answers the credit officer's actual question, is the model we rely on still the model we verified, and if not, what changed.

Audit Evidence Model Review
The Audit Evidence Model Review packages the same deterministic structural review used elsewhere in the suite as evidence formatted for inclusion in a statutory audit file. It supports auditors testing management's models behind estimates, impairments, and going-concern assessments, expressing coverage as scope-limitation language and provenance as a reperformance statement an audit reviewer can rely on. It is delivered to the auditor's specification, never as an audit opinion in its own right, and never as an assessment of the estimates or judgments the auditor is responsible for testing.
-
Bid Model Evaluation Pack
The Bid Model Evaluation Pack gives procuring authorities and tender advisors a structural evaluation of every bidder's financial model in a tender, run as fully isolated engagements with no cross-bidder data flow, plus a comparability matrix presenting identical structural dimensions side by side. It makes no statement about whose bid is commercially better; it states, for each bidder, whether the model is structurally sound, and lets the evaluator's own commercial judgment sit on top of a documented, citable structural layer, which is the part of the evaluation a procurement challenge is most likely to test.

Builder & Reviewer Licence
The Builder & Reviewer Licence licenses model-build boutiques and advisory firms to deliver structural verification on the Oxxon Advisors platform under their own name, combined with Oxxon's deterministic structural layer. Deliverables are co-branded, carrying a clearly separated firm opinion section alongside the Oxxon structural findings, and every deliverable also carries the Oxxon verification page. Licensed firms pay an annual platform fee plus a per-verified-model metering charge, reconciled from the engine's own execution record rather than self-reported.
-
Close Baseline Pack
The Close Baseline Pack seals the model used at financial close as the verified reference version of record. At close, the model runs the structural pipeline and the model file, its structural record, the findings set, and the deliverable are sealed into a content-addressed archive, with a custody record and baseline certificate issued alongside a verification entry. From that point, the question of which version a deal closed on has a deterministic answer, and every later resubmission, annual review, or refinancing has a trustworthy reference point to compare against.

Committee Readiness Pack
The Committee Readiness Pack is the smaller, faster sibling of the Independent Structural Model Review, delivered on the same underlying engine stack but sized around a two-minute executive panel for a committee reader. It is sold to deal principals, CFOs, and sponsors ahead of an investment decision, and to risk functions running policy-mandated structural checks. Where the full Review is written for lenders, the Committee Readiness Pack is written for the person presenting a model to a committee, giving them an independent structural check before their own credibility is on the line.
-
Documentation & Handover Pack
The Documentation & Handover Pack generates the model documentation nobody writes — a complete, structure-accurate model book produced directly from the model's structural record rather than typed by hand. It covers the model map, sheet-by-sheet structural narrative, input and output registers, named structure register, dependency summaries, and circularity disclosure. Because the book is versioned to the model's own hash, resubmitting the model and regenerating the book means the documentation is never stale, which is the property that differentiates it from a manually written model book.

FMAE Product Overview
FMAE is a deterministic, rule-based engine that tests the structural integrity of Excel financial models. Oxxon Advisors packages the engine's output into a fixed set of engagement products, each mapped to a budget line that already exists in institutional finance, from mandated lender audits and investment-committee checks through financial-close custody, annual re-verification, licensed delivery for advisory firms, tender evaluation, and statutory audit support. This page introduces the engine and the full product suite, and links to each product's dedicated page.

Financial Model Audit Engine (FMAE)
The Financial Model Audit Engine (FMAE) is the technology layer beneath every Oxxon Advisors product. It applies a defined, versioned set of structural rules to an Excel-based financial model and produces deterministic findings about the model's structure, covering circular references, hardcoded values, broken links, formula inconsistencies, and related structural risks. FMAE is not sold standalone; it is priced to convert clients into one of the nine packaged engagement products, each of which draws on the same engine output. This page describes what the engine does, what it does not do, and how it fits into the wider product suite.

Independent Structural Model Review
The Independent Structural Model Review is Oxxon Advisors' core engagement product, sold into the mandated model audit budget line on project finance and infrastructure transactions. One engagement covers one model at one deal stage, producing a full structural review with a scoped reliance opinion. Multi-stage deals, from bid through binding offer to financial close, are run as sequential engagements, each depositing its own baseline-grade record. It displaces the slower, more expensive manual audit engagements typical of the sector while keeping a defined, disclosed structural opinion at its centre.

Resubmission Diff Pack
The Resubmission Diff Pack answers the question every deal team asks at every resubmission cycle, what changed, and did the fixes hold, deterministically and at findings level. It compares a resubmitted model against the prior version already reviewed under an Independent Structural Model Review, classifying every finding as cleared, persisting, new, or reappeared, and surfacing structural deltas such as coverage or circularity changes. It attaches to an existing Review engagement at signature and is delivered on every resubmission cycle a deal goes through.
